Objective: 

The Objective of this course is to acquaint the participants with concepts and management of Human Resource in the context of international business and trade and to enable them to apply this knowledge in decision-making pertaining to talentscape in the globalized era.

 

 Learning outcomes: On completion of this paper/course students  will-

 
  • Understand the basic framework of international human resource management and basic organization structures in it
  • Evaluate  various paradigms of international staffing
  • Understand the applied concepts of cross cultural training with the help of prominent training frameworks
  • Analyse the importance of performance and compensation in international perspective
